A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
Hi! I’m Whitney Tomlin and this is my family. Watching these kids and the way they move has been pivotal in my wanting to return to a more childlike state of mind when it comes to movement.
This return to childlike simplicity is the goal I have in helping others become a healthier, more energetic individual. To break it down simply, let me start by defining my role in your journey.
By definition a personal trainer is someone whose job is to help you become stronger and healthier by personalizing exercises based on your goals. Then, guiding and teaching you to do movements effectively and safely, in progression, until the goal is reached.
A nutrition coach is your personal health cheerleader, guide and partner--helping you implement lifestyle changes to improve your physical health.
I am a combination of both. I take my role very seriously and will work alongside you, teaching you to balance movement and nutrition, as the two go hand-in-hand.
