What is the Saturday Morning Bootcamp?
The Saturday Morning Bootcamp is a 45-minute, circuit-style workout designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and agility. This high-energy class incorporates exercise stations like BOSU ball squats, kettlebell swings, TRX rows, and dumbbell presses. Each participant moves through stations, spending 30-45 seconds at each, ensuring a full-body workout that’s adaptable to all fitness levels.
